'Lily' left us at the end of January 2008 for her new home in New Zealand and we couldn't have asked for a better home or more loving parents for our lovely girl.
Robbie and Rhona have decided to give showing a go in NZ (Rhona used to show Dachunds in UK many moons ago) and the show bug has bitten them again and they are now out and about slowly campaigning 'Lily' and getting the feel for the Gundog ring and how to present a Cocker Spaniel.
Our HUGE thanks to Nigel and Amy-Lee Trainor - who have now taken over the show ring handling of Lils, and certainly turning a few heads !
Nigel and 'Lily' became quite a formidable team and readily completed her Championship title in 2009 - with a Junior in Show along the way. Lily is now nearing the 20 CC mark, with many Best of Breed awards to her credit.
Keep an eye out for Lily returning to the rings in 2010 with a baby in tow.
