'Cooper' is our lovely gold boy, who lives with and is owned by Denise and Chelsea Burke.  Living in Far North Queensland - 'Cooper' is the odd man out, being the only Gold Cocker in the showring in that area (lots of black and roans but no other Golds).  We all know how hard it is to groom a Gold's coat as well - and Denise is doing a fabulous job with assistance long distance via telephone calls and emails.  We wish them continued success with this lovely boy.

To date he has 1 x Reserve in Show (BIS2), 1 x Best in Group, 2 x Reserve in Group - and many CC,s and in Group and in Shoiw awards to his credit.

This lovely gold boy, certainly matured into a great showman, and loves EVERYTHING - animals, people, food and is the greatest ambassador for the breed, doesnt have a nasty bone in his body and wants nothing more than to please.

'Cooper' made his showring debut on 9 September 2006 and what a debut - BABY IN SHOW.  He followed this up the next day with Reserve Baby in Group.

STOP PRESS - 25/8/7 - 'Cooper' wins Best of Breed and gains enough points to apply for his Championship Title (ccc pending approval).  Way to go Denise and Chelsea we couldnt be prouder of this lovely gold boy!  'Cooper' is doing us all proud, a champion at 14 months of age.

UPDATE - this lovely gold boy enjoyed many fine wins during limited show seasons and is now retired from the ring, with nothing more to prove.  What a special boy we all love him dearly !!
